Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • handle high call volume with customer inquiries and scheduling
  • provide information about the products and services
  • troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year calls center experience required (candidates with less than this will not be considered.
  • live in the Northern Virginia area (candidates that live outside this area will not be considered)
  • Must be able to type 65 WPM
  • Must have the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be able to work in the US and ability to pass drug screen & background check.
