The five stars are for the service provided by the technician. I am not happy that I had to call and pay for service that I feel should have been done when my units were serviced in June. I feel like I paid an additional $220 for service.

Toan came to service both of our HVAC systems, consisting of heat pumps and electric furnace. He was knowledgeable and did thorough assessments. He was able to answer all of my questions. When I had an issue with one unit the next day, he identified the issue and fixed it immediately. I look forward to seeing him again in spring. I was excited to have him install the Air Scrubber system, which reminded me of the system we had in the hospital I worked at in Wisconsin.

The SSI installation team did an outstanding job of replacing my HVAC dual-fuel system with a variable speed unit! Eddie and team were extremely knowledgeable about Trane systems (built trust). They pointed out and implemented improvements and simplified the electrical and drain parts to make maintenance easy. At the end, Eddie walked me through the inside and outside systems and thermostat and helped me link it to my phone. Cannot say enough good things about the quality of their work! Thanks!

We had a system fall check up by SSI technician John Rodal. He arrived on time, efficient and professional. John is very pleasant and easy to talk with, he answers any questions about the system. During the inspection we discovered it was time to change out the UV light system.
