We use SSI for all HVAC issues, so they were the obvious choice to install a new hot water heater. The technicians arrived on time (they always do) and were professional and courteous. We wanted to repair a floor issue below the old hot water, and the guys gave my husband 15 minutes to put down some quick-dry leveling cement - talk about accommodating our plans! They did an amazing install job, and the area was so clean you couldn't tell they'd even been there. Thanks SSI for always doing such a great job!

Tod did a great job on servicing my heating system. He also repaired a leak on my humidifier. I was told by another service person that I needed a new humidifier that was going to cost my a lot of money. So I wasn't using it. Tod fixed the leak with a new tube for way less than I had been told to buy a new one. I thank you very much! Very pleased with his service. I paid just less than $100.00 for the repair.

I had an unexpected floor drain backup and SSI got a plumber to me in under 2 hours. He worked at the problem way past regular hours and resolved the issue, saving me from having to dig up my yard to deal with a failing cast iron pipe to the main sewer and water line to the neighborhood.

Just had another great service call from Greg. This was the weekend of my son’s wedding and I had a clogged shower head with almost no water pressure and a troubling wet spot in the basement bathroom ceiling. I was able to schedule a service call in 24 hours (get the service contract - so worth it) and Greg easily fixed the shower. Thank heavens I called about the ceiling leak, too - it was from a frequently used toilet upstairs. Greg replaced the old wax seal with a better one and problem solved! I love that this company sends you a text when the plumber is on his/her way and you can track them in real time.

My most recent plumber was the personable and knowledgable Mike and his trusty apprentice Leman (if I have that name right). They were wonderfully quick to install a new handheld showerhead that was a technology challenge coupled with a previously bad installation (by a builder - not SSI). I also had an unexpected problem with my hot water heater. They immediately ordered the parts, went to pick up a heater nearby and had it all in place with running hot water amazingly within the original appointment window. They cleaned up everything very well, showed me how to operate the new showerhead and hot water heater and went over the warranty details. Bottom line: get the service contract. A plus service!

Brian came to rescue me with an emergency service call late on a Saturday night (and by the way, the dispatcher was a delight - very helpful and sympathetic). He was working on another job, poor guy, but I would be first on his list Sunday morning. It was a stubborn clog but he was able to clear it and spent some time making sure it was a good fix and that there wasn’t a bigger problem. Brian also suggested we consider using septic friendly toilet tissue. I ordered some immediately. He cleaned up the bathroom very nicely and even transported the equipment I tried to fix the problem with back to my utility room. Another excellent experience with SSI!

The five stars are for the service provided by the technician. I am not happy that I had to call and pay for service that I feel should have been done when my units were serviced in June. I feel like I paid an additional $220 for service.

Toan came to service both of our HVAC systems, consisting of heat pumps and electric furnace. He was knowledgeable and did thorough assessments. He was able to answer all of my questions. When I had an issue with one unit the next day, he identified the issue and fixed it immediately. I look forward to seeing him again in spring. I was excited to have him install the Air Scrubber system, which reminded me of the system we had in the hospital I worked at in Wisconsin.
