Arrived at customers home and did my meet and greet. I found that the water heater is 12 years old, I recommend replacement due to age and risk of leak or failure to heat. I found that the toilet in the basement and the toilet in the powder room are getting pretty old, I recommend replacement due to age and risk of leak. I found that the toilet in the top floor hall bathroom could use a new Kohler canister seal, the current one is feeling pretty rough. Customer is going to take care of this themselves. Estimates created and sent to email. Inspection complete.

The customer would like to schedule a time next week for us to come out and flush the tankless water heater. During that visit, I would like to remove the aerator, which is recessed into the master bathroom, lavatory faucet and pull out the flow constrictor. I will need to grab the special tool for this. the plumbing in the house is working properly.
