Came out to customers home to do a cooling inspection. Thermostat is operational and good. Amperage and voltages are good. Blower wheel is clean. Filter is getting dirty, customer will change out. Air scrubber is good. Temp split is good. Coils are clean. Flushed out condensate drain line. No wires are loose or showing any signs of burns. Outside units amperage and voltage unit is good. Capacitor is within range. Contactor is not showing any signs of being pitted or burns. Coils are dirty, did a level 1 coil cleaning outside per customer. Blade is spinning freely. Disconnect is good. Recommend surge protectors to help out with any surge in and out of home. Arrived at customers house knocked in greeeted was shown where unit was upstairs and also the breaker panel. I went ahead and turn the power off to the outdoor and indoor unit and started recovery on the system. Once recovery was finished I went ahead and took off the profit fitting that was leaking and I went ahead and Swaged the three-quarter copper and brass that and I also changed out the filter dryer to a new one since I opened up the line set. Once I was finished, we went ahead and pressure tested the system at 350 psi for 20 minutes there were no leaks . Afterwards we started vacuum and after vacuum was finished we went ahead and factory charge the unit to 7 pounds. Once I turn power on and put the thermostat on test mode for charging, I waited 20 minutes and then began to charge the system I only ended up adding 1 ounce extra and was able to achieve my 10° of sub cool . After that was done, I talk to the customer showed her the work that was performed and that everything was ch

Returned and installed suction line transducer and temperature sensor. Also corrected surge protection placement into the disconnect. Started and checked operations all online at this time. Parts are warranty.
