Came to replace a bad TXV valve as also replaced the filter dryer inside, recovery was also done and obviously pressurized the lines at 377 PSI it was hold for 10 min and vacuum was done properly. I did a factory charge of 10 lbs and 0.3 oz!

Checked system for heating inspection. Filter clean customer said he just replaced it. Flushed drainage and trap. Blower motor amps and voltage were ok. Electrical heat package amps and voltage meet specs. Blower motor amps and voltage ok. Thermostat functioning. Temperature drop ok. Refrigerant pressures were ok. Compressor fan motor amps and voltage were ok. Dual capacitor and contactor meet specs. All electrical components and wiring connections were ok. All coils inside and outside were clean. Air scrubber is online. I do recommend surge protection for equipment. Tested humidifier operation but didnāt replace water panel because I didnāt have one for replacement. Recovered refrigerant and removed all old equipment and metal. Installed and leveled the new outdoor pad and placed new HP system on top with snow legs. Installed a new fused disconnect box and ran high and low voltage . Brazed new sections of copper to the unit and wrapped with rubetex.. Installed new air handler. Built a custom Supply transition to make up the difference in location and size. Taped and sealed all connections. Pressure tested and pulled a deep vacuum. Ran all new drain line and installed an eztrap. Installed new thermostat 824.. Ran the high and low voltage into the air handler cabinet and secured.. Tested system in heating and cooling and charged in subcool. Cleaned up work area and went over install with customer. Paperwork completed āāāneeds to come back to reinstall existing humidifier 600 model by pass, everything is at customer houseāā āāāāāNeeds to bring a cheater box and run new 1/4ā water line the existing one is to short , redo drain line for humidifie

Checked system for heating inspection. Air filter was clean. Flushed drainage and trap and condensation pump. I went and serviced humidifier and replaced water panel and tested itās operation and set humidistat to 35%. Blower motor amps and voltage ok. Air scrubber is online and surge protection is online inside and outside. Checked electrical heating package and tested itās operation. Tested thermostat and temperature drop all ok. Reset thermostat back to cooling where customer had it. Checked refrigerant pressures were ok. Compressor fan motor amps and voltage ok. Dual capacitor and contactor ok and meet specs . Tested defrost cycle and checked operation. Coils inside and outside were clean. All electrical components and wiring connections were ok. System is functioning at this time.
